Bay de Chene Production Barge Facility

F&C Engineers provided detailed engineering for the addition of a new barge mounted 8,000 bopd, 10,000 bwpd, 33MMSCFD grassroots facility for Swift Energy, including water injection and barge loading terminal. Innovative foundation design minimized piles, excavation and rock fill. Process system design, flow sheet, and P&ID development, equipment and line sizing, were designed for integration with existing facilities. Design accommodates future production with higher water cut by providing 2 equipment and piping layouts on the same facility.

Equipment included: Inlet Manifold, High and Low Pressure Bulk Separators, HP/IP Test Separator, LP Test Separator, Bulk Treater, Produce Water Treatment and Injection, Oil Metering, Three Stage Compression, Dehydration Units, Flare System, Crude Oil Storage, and Off Loading.
